Jagori Rural Charitable Trust

Jagori Grameen, based in Rakkar near Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, was founded in 2003 to build a just and equitable society through non-violence and simplicity. The NGO addresses discrimination based on gender, class, caste, religion, and disability, with a focus on empowering marginalized women and girls. It operates in 180 villages in Kangra and 40 in Chamba, fostering community solidarity and sustainable change through education, skill-building, and advocacy.
